We have two clinicians available for initial consultations in the Swindon therapy room. The clinician undertaking the consultation may not be who you/your young person will work with. All consultations are then discussed between the clinicians, in order to identify the most suitable approach to meet your needs.

My name is Sarah and I am a qualified counsellor.

Warm, compassionate, I believe that everyone deserves a space to be heard, understood, and accepted just as they are. My own journey led me to counselling after seeing how powerful it can be to have someone really listen — without judgement, without rushing to fix things, but simply being there alongside you as you find your way through.

That’s what I aim to offer my clients: a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is grounded in the Person Centred, but I can integrate by drawing from different types of therapy to suit each person’s unique needs. Sometimes that might mean talking things through; other times, using creative methods to express what’s hard to put into words.

I work with adults, children, and young people from the age of 11 upwards, and have experience supporting people through many of life’s challenges — anxiety, stress, depression, loss, identity, low self-esteem, or difficulties at work, school or in family life.

For me, counselling is about connection and growth. It’s about helping you make sense of your experiences, find new perspectives, and move forward feeling more grounded and at peace.

How ever you come to counselling, you’re welcome here — this is your space to talk, reflect, and begin to heal.
